Back by popular demand, the beer festival makes its third (official) appearance at Chiddingly Festival, providing a backdrop to the opening weekend’s many other exciting events. There will be a dozen fine ales and some ciders too; we will once again have our live music marquee on Saturday afternoon with a wide range of musical styles; there will be a Middle Eastern Dance workshop and African Drumming workshops to sign up for; and an all day BBQ to keep body and soul together!
Sunday is Art & Craft Day – Old Star Morris, The Sea Gypsies Middle Eastern Dancers and Chiddingly Mummers will all make an appearance, food will be provided by the Festival Cafe, but most importantly the beer tent will remain open!
Entry to the Beer Festival is FREE but you don’t get a free glass or any free beer.

SATURDAY
Beer tent open from 12.00 noon, and will become bar for Festival Fiesta. Live Music 12.30 pm – 5.30 pm (including Appelican Healey, Buffo’s Wake, Champagne Lifestyle and Lemonade Money). BBQ from 12.30 pm. Middle Eastern Dance workshop 11.30 am – 1.30 pm African Drumming workshops 1.45 pm – 2.45 pm and 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm
SUNDAY
Art & Craft Exhibition opens 11.00 am (+ Festival Cafe) Beer tent open 12.00 am – 5.00 pm and re-opens at 7.00 pm as bar for The City Musick. For details of entertainment see Art & Craft Exhibition page. Early Music - An introduction for children at 3.00 pm.
