African Drumming Workshop

Alison from House of Rhythm will present two exhilarating Drum Circle workshops using djuns djuns and djembe drums from The Gambia, Ivory Coast and Ghana, with a selection of percussion instruments to add to the texture. These workshop are suitable for all ages and abilities – come along and Feel The Rhythm!

The City Musick present a talk and demonstrationfor children of all ages on music and instrumentsthat would have been heard and seen in16th century London. Shawms, cornetts,dulcians, sackbuts, recorders and bagpipesplay music from court, street and tavern:the pop music of Elizabethan England.
