About The Event
Introduced by local film director Corin Hardy (Gangs of London, The Nun) your Saturday night will be an immersive Mexican standoff of epic proportions with period specific music, camp-fire decor, cowboy cocktails and movie trailers from its year of release 1968 celebrating what is now widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential westerns of all time.
We encourage Good, Bad & Ugly themed cowboy fancy-dress with cinematic prizes kindly donated by our sponsors The Picture House Uckfield, going to the most effective Gunslingers, Banditos, Heroes and Villains of the American Civil War… The more inventive the better!
Of course, the ‘Cine’ wouldn’t be the same without the ‘Supper’ and each year Dids & Jo’s famous Jody’s Kitchen provides a delicious three course dining experience inspired by the Wild West as part of the ticket price.
