The Chiddingly Festival
Chiddingly Festival has now been running for 31 years. The village of Chiddingly is in East Sussex, near to Hailsham, North of Eastbourne. Like many small rural villages, life revolves around the Church, the Village Hall and the pub (we used to have a shop and Post Office - those were the days).

All tastes are catered for - music, art, dance, puppetry, theatre, poetry and storytelling. This is a quite amazing festival for such a small village, the festival is an event that makes Chiddingly unique.
As always, the festival starts with a full peal of bells from the tower of Chiddingly Village Church.
